Jason Richardson, Founder and President of Blue Chip Capital, Inc. is instrumental in ensuring all our clients are educated and understand the loan process in what is for many the largest and most important financial decision in their life.

In 2011 Blue Chip Capital expanded its focus to include the private money business. This sector works with private investors (also referred to as “Hard Money Lenders”) and provides individuals with financing so they can: purchase foreclosed homes and provide seed money to grow small businesses.
